How does the Speed dial feature work? What are the advantages of using this service?

Speed Dial is a very user-friendly innovation. It is as good as a phone book. In pinless services, 2-digit codes can be created for numbers on which calls are placed frequently. When you dial 1800 or a local access number, an IVR informs you about the balance of your account. Then it prompts you to enter the destination phone number. This is when you can enter your 2-digit code followed by a # (pound) key. Your remaining number of minutes will be stated by the IVR, after which you will be connected to the destination.
